Billie J. Fiore As a former staff member of the Ohio Senate, Ms. Fiore provides client support for the Legislative Consultants on policy matters before the Ohio General Assembly, executive agencies and state departments. Ms. Fiore combines over sixteen years of political and legislative experience to provide successful grassroots strategies. She maintains all administrative rules data for clients and provides research on subjects of proposed legislation.

As a consultant, Ms. Fiore provides grassroots management services for legislative clients, associations and political campaigns. She has over fifteen years of extensive campaign experience at the local, township and county campaign levels and served as the 2006 County Chair for Robert Cupp for Justice Campaign, 2006 Co-County Chair for State Auditor Mary Taylor, Bush/Cheney 2004 Campaign Chair for Licking County, as well as previous grassroots consultant for Hayes for State Representative, Former Representative David Goodman, Former State Senator Nancy Dix(1994). Through previous experience as a corporate trainer for managers, Fiore conducted training programs and created training manuals for internal grassroots, organizational and operations management and customer relations.

She also understands Campaign Finance Laws and serves as treasurer for Political Action Committees and is responsible for all Secretary of State PAC filings for various clients. Ms. Fiore prepares grassroots and seminar information for clients and candidates; develops grassroots plans for legislative issues and campaigns; organizes political events and receptions for clients and assists with fundraising efforts.

Ms. Fiore was a 2004 Republican Presidential Elector for the State of Ohio. Currently, Ms. Fiore is a member of the JoAnn Davidson Republican Women's Leadership Institute and serves on the Licking County Republican Party Executive Committee. Ms. Fiore is Vice Chair of the Licking County Republican Central Committee. Ms. Fiore currently serves as President of the Licking County Republican Patriots Club. Ms. Fiore served as the Get Out The Vote Licking County Chair for 2002 through 2006 and the Voter Identification and Voter Registration Licking County Chair 2003-2004.

Ms. Fiore received her B.S. magna cum laude in International Business from The Ohio State University. She also attended L'Ecole Superiure de Commerce in Nantes, France where she studied International Business and Government.
