PPA has worked on behalf of both industry and government to attract and retain businesses. On behalf of the private sector, PPA professionals have assisted clients in obtaining tax credits and other incentives for job creation from state and local governments and port authorities. PPA was instrumental in the adoption of Ohio's research and development tax credit and legislation re-authorizing enterprise zones.
